At BallrKits.com, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality football kits. However, due to the customized nature of many of our products and the international logistics involved, our returns and refunds process is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Return Eligibility and Conditions

Returns are only eligible for non-customized items and must meet all of the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with all labels and tags intact.

• The return request must be submitted in writing within 30 calendar days of delivery confirmation (as recorded by the courier’s tracking system).

• The product must not be customized (e.g., with a personalized name, number, or other modification).

Important: Items that have been customized (such as football kits with a personalized name or number) cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. 

2. Return Authorization Process

To initiate a return (for eligible non-customized items only), you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This must be requested via our support channel at support@ballrkits.com.
We will review your request within 5–10 business days.

Upon approval, you will receive an RMA number and return instructions. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted or processed.

3. Shipping & Logistics Responsibility

All return shipping and handling costs — including international postage, customs declarations, and associated fees — are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Approved returns must be shipped to the following address:
